In the "buy here" tab in every page of the site, it is possible to search for tickets. Choose from the options of "Return Trip" or "One Way". Select the cities of origin and destination, the travel dates, the number of passengers, type of cabin and click the button "Search Flights".
2. Choose among the flights returned
The flights will be presented, separated by leg (round trip), in accordance with your search criteria If you wish to see more fare or itinerary options, you can consult the three days preceding and / or following your chosen dates by clicking on the respective date.
You can arrange the results shown by: departure time (ascending), lowest fare or fewest stopovers. In order to select a flight, click the fare for the flight you desire. After selecting the desired legs, click the Continue button.
3. Identify yourself on the website.
Provide your user name and password to continue. If you have already logged in, this step will be skipped. If you do not have a login yet, you can register without losing the flight selection you have made.
4. Enter the names of the passengers
Enter passenger information. If you are a member of the Amigo Program, enter your Amigo Number to automatically load the data and save time in the process. If you desire special services, select those of your interest. For more information on special services, please click here.After entering passenger information, click "Continue".
5. Make the payment
Read and agree with the fare rules. Check your itinerary: route, departure and arrival time, date, flight and detailed fare information. Select the method of payment and fill in the information requested. After entering all payment information, click "Finalize Purchase".
6. Your finalized purchase
On this final page, you will see a summary of your purchase. It will be possible to print out the tickets (one per passenger), payment receipt and proof of purchase.
If you wish, you can include this commitment in your Outlook, Exchange or Google calendar.

Bank Payment Slip
Payment with a bank slip is available for purchases made at the Call Center and website 15 days in advance of the trip. The deadline for payment of the ticket is 1 business day.
After confirmation of payment by the bank, you will receive an email with the ticket number. If there is no confirmation of payment within the validity of the ticket, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- Tickets are only issued on purchases of less than R$ 2000.
- The payment amount must be the same as the bank slip;
- This form of payment is only accepted for banks in the Brazilian territory;

- The ticket can be paid at any bank branch or internet banking;

For purchases of flights operated by Avianca Brasil (O6), payment in up to 6 installments without interest is available. Minimum value per installment - R$20,00; number of installments may vary according to the card used. As of July 31, for installment payments with Visa and Mastercard cards, the total value of the boarding fee will be increased in the first installment.

When you buy your ticket via our Customer Contact Center, or in our stores or travel agencies, a service charge will be added due to participation of one of our employees. This charge equals 10% of the fare, observing minimum value of R$40,00.
For purchases made through our website, there is no service charge, because no employees are involved.
The credit card security code is a complementary numerical sequence to the credit card number that ensures the veracity of data with an electronic transaction, since this information is only verified by the cardholder and is not shown in any sort of magnetic reading.
By recommendation of your Card Administrator, this information is used to complement the purchasing process over the Avianca website.
The code is three digits long and is located at the end of the signature number range on the back of the card. The American Express credit card security codes are composed of 4 digits.
