Your ticket – Ticket rescheduling

Please, check out the rules for requesting ticket rescheduling

Rescheduling of Avianca tickets may be requested at our Stores, Sales Call Center or website www.avianca.com.br, within the ticket's 1 year validity period, counted from the date of purchase. On our website, rescheduling is only available for purchases that were also processed through that channel.

IMPORTANT: If the tickets were purchased using points, the rebooking is not allowed. Although, it is possible to refund the ticket, according to the refund regulation. For more information, please contact our customer service center AMIGO by calling (11) 4004-4040.

Because it involves assistance by an employee, the rescheduling conducted at Avianca Stores, Sales Call Centers and travel agencies will be charged an additional service fee that corresponds to 10% of the fare difference.

When the ticket change is made at a price that is less that originally contracted, a credit may be generated. In these cases, a credit order will be issued that can be used as a form of payment for a new purchase. Or a reimbursement may be requested through payment of the fee according to the contracted fare.

The credit order will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase of the original ticket and it may be used at our Stores or Reservations Call Centers. For those tickets purchased at travel agencies, we recommend you contact the same to request the rescheduling.

Rescheduling is subject to the charging of a fee and / or any difference in fare, as per the fare contracted. Please, check out the rules for alterations of our fares:

*As of August 18, 2014, an additional R$10,00 will be charged on ticket purchases for every infant (0 to 24 months incomplete). The charge is valid per itinerary (place of departure - destination; there will be no additional charges for connections and stopovers).
