For the second year running, Avianca was awarded the IBCR / Exame Award for Best Service in the Airline Sector

Avianca won the Best Customer Service Award in the airline sector in 2010 and 2011, granted by the Iberian Brazilian Relationship with the Customer Institute / Exame Magazine. This ranking is considered the biggest and most complete study on the subject in Brazil, and in just over one year of operations in Brazil, Avianca has already won the dimensional evaluation "A Seal" from the National Civil Aviation Agency for offering the largest space between seats, and also for being the most punctual airline company.
