Round trip: breakfast and dinner with 3 choices of hot dishes per flight, with 4 options that alternate throughout the month.

To better serve our passengers, we offer complimentary options of special meals on board.
For our domestic flights* and in the Fortaleza - Bogotá route, the alternative menu follows the Vegetarian Lacto-Ovo Meal (VLML) style. That means that egg and milk derivatives, such as cheeses, can be used in their preparation.

We also serve delicious snacks, hot and cold, plus our savories. In addition, some routes offer fruits or desserts.
Pepsi and Brazilian soft drinks Guaraná and Guaraná Diet. Orange juice, other flavor and a "light" option - which varies every 2 months. We also serve coffee, simple or with milk.
Special tray service
The Rio (Santos Dumont) - São Paulo (Congonhas) Line flights and Brasília – São Paulo offer a service even more special.
Sandwiches and fruits are served until 11am. After this time we offer sandwiches and dessert.
For these lines we change menus every 3 months. There is always something new! Among them we can list quiches, potato bread, wraps and much more. Check it out!
For flights with a very short duration, such as Ilhéus – Salvador or Brasília-Goiânia, we serve a Bonbon or a doughnut.
Our on-board service is special and is aligned with the excellence of our flight experience. We offer top quality food and drinks at no cost!
The menus are set according to the duration of the flight, the aircraft model and the destination. The menus are continually diversified to further surprise our passengers. The beverages, in turn, are the same for all flights.

Our passengers travel in ergonomic, reclining and comfortable seats. Adjustable head rest and retractable armrest are also available, as well as individual cupholders and retractable tables. The entertainment system features a 9" LCD screen and remote control*.

Remarks and refunds
We offer a distinguishing and even more complete experience in our Executive class. Below are some advantages offered to our Business customers:
We are the only airline in Brazil holding the "A" classification by the ANAC Dimensional Assessment Program, in all rows of seats, in every plane. That means that all seats are provided with a minimum space of 73 cm*.
*The seats located next to the emergency exit are even more spacious, however, their occupants should follow some safety requirements.
We know many of our passengers cannot or do not want to be disconnected during the flight. For this reason, Avianca Brasil offers WiFi, outlets, USB ports and headphone jacks on board*.
Our passengers are allowed to use portable devices - laptops, smartphones and tablets - to access the Internet, send and receive messages by applications and by e-mail during the flight.
The service is provided in partnership with Global Eagle Entertainment (GEE) - one of the world leaders in content and satellite connectivity. Check the availability of this service offered on the aircraft.

All seats are provided with individual outlets*. Our passengers can recharge and use their electronic equipment during the flight. The 110VAC sockets are located on the bottom of the seats.
Below the on-board entertainment screen there is a USB port. This ports can also be used to recharge electronic devices with compatible input*.
The headphone connection allows greater privacy and comfort for passengers during the flight. It is located on the armrest of the seats. Each passenger has access to the entertainment and audio program of their choice without sharing with others. For a better experience, keep your headset with you.
For a more extensive experience, we offer an audio and video programming updated monthly and with high digital quality. This programming includes music, videos, TV shows, news, sports, documentaries and cartoons. All this in addition to our award-winning publication: Avianca em Revista.
The video entertainment system is available on individual or suspended screens*. It can be used immediately on take-off and its contents are free.
*The on-board entertainment system and available programming may vary according to the model of the aircraft. Individual screens are available on models Airbus A319, A320 and A320neo. In turn, suspended screens are exclusive to the models Airbus A318.
Individual 9" LCD screens allow passengers to select the content of their choice. The programming includes * films, series, documentaries, journalistic programs, technology, business and varieties, as well as music videos, children programming, games and songs. Simply connect your headphones with to the armrest and use the remote control or the touchscreen mode on the screen.
*Films available only on international flights.
10.4" LCD screens are distributed throughout the cabin. The devices are located on the panels above the seats. The entertainment system is fully designed according to the duration of each flight. The video programming is fixed with monthly changes that suit the duration of each route. There are also 9 music channels separated by styles. Passengers can select the language (Portuguese, English or Spanish) and adjust the audio volume
The publication provides an intelligent reading before, during and after the flight. Its content is quite diverse, with articles on culture, art, travel, gastronomy, tourism and more. We always have a personality to be interviewed in our cover story.
